As the back-to-school season gathers pace, UAE parents have a new option for purchasing official school uniforms and classroom essentials through a single online platform.

Mumzworld has announced a partnership with Threads Uniforms, becoming the exclusive online destination for official Threads school uniforms outside the company’s own retail stores. The collaboration is designed to simplify one of the busiest shopping periods of the year by allowing families to purchase uniforms alongside other school necessities in a single order.

The platform launches with uniforms for 43 schools across the UAE, including GEMS schools, Dubai American Academy and The Cambridge High School Abu Dhabi. More than 40,000 products are currently available, with plans to expand the offering to 99 schools and over 60,000 products by the end of 2026.

Along with official school uniforms, parents can shop for shoes, backpacks, lunchboxes, stationery, labels, water bottles and other back-to-school essentials. The service also offers same-day and next-day delivery across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah, helping families avoid peak-season queues while preparing for the new academic year.

The move reflects a growing shift toward digital back-to-school shopping, with parents increasingly looking for faster and more convenient ways to complete school purchases without visiting multiple stores.

Massimiliano Spalazzi, CEO of Mumzworld, said the partnership was developed to make the back-to-school experience more practical for busy families by bringing uniforms and everyday school essentials together in one place.

Latesh Radhakishen, General Manager of Threads Uniforms, said the collaboration gives parents greater access to official school uniforms at the same prices offered in Threads retail stores while adding the convenience of home delivery.

The partnership is expected to expand throughout the year as more schools and official uniform collections are added to the platform. The companies say the initiative aims to create a more comprehensive online destination for families preparing for the school year.

For parents, the collaboration represents another example of how digital retail is reshaping the back-to-school experience, offering greater convenience while reducing the time and effort traditionally associated with school shopping.
